In my counseling sessions, I like to work together with you on your goals through our discussions and interactions. We will work together on how to address and stabilize any negative thoughts and/or behaviors you may be experiencing by customizing a plan for your particular needs.
Regarding the therapy process, I believe everyone needs to talk about things that are bothersome. I feel genuine therapeutic change moves through stages and takes time. I try my best to create a nurturing and supportive environment for my clients, and collaborate with them to establish achievable goals that are relevant to their lives and abilities.
